This page explains what information FMTS Family Mobility uses to generate stroller recommendations, how that information is stored, and what privacy choices users have when using the site.

What This Site Does

FMTS Family Mobility provides a structured stroller recommendation experience. Users answer questions about family size, child stage, storage limits, transport habits, portability pressure, and future planning so the system can suggest a more suitable stroller solution path.

The site is designed as a decision-support tool. It does not create a user account, process payments, or require an ongoing subscription to use the main recommendation flow.

Information We Process

When you use the recommendation flow, the site processes the answers you provide in the questionnaire. Those answers may include information such as:

  • child age or stage needs
  • household and caregiver setup
  • transportation habits and outing patterns
  • storage limits, stairs, elevator, or trunk constraints
  • future planning signals, such as expected family growth
  • budget range or operating preferences

This information is used to generate recommendation output such as solution fit, buying guidance, trade-offs, and a store trial checklist.

How Recommendation Data Is Stored

Based on the current product implementation, recommendation inputs and the most recent recommendation result may be stored in your browser using local storage so your session can persist across page navigation and refreshes.

This browser-side storage may include your latest questionnaire answers, field metadata, generated recommendation result, and an associated timestamp. This helps the result page load your most recent recommendation without requiring you to restart the full questionnaire every time.

If you want to remove this information from your device, you can clear the site data in your browser or clear local storage for this site.

Server Processing and Third-Party Services

To generate a recommendation, questionnaire answers are sent to the site’s server-side recommendation endpoint. The server processes those answers through the project’s recommendation logic and may use an external AI model provider when configured. The current codebase references DashScope-compatible model access for part of that generation workflow.

If an external model provider is enabled, submitted questionnaire content may be sent to that provider as part of recommendation generation. If the AI provider is not available, the project can fall back to internal rule-based recommendation behavior.

The site does not currently show a user-facing advertising, checkout, or account system. We also do not currently detect a sitewide analytics or marketing tracker in the checked-in codebase.

How We Use Information

Information submitted through the recommendation flow is used to:

  • interpret family mobility needs
  • screen constraints and compare solution paths
  • generate stroller buying guidance and trial checklists
  • improve the clarity and relevance of the recommendation experience

We do not describe the site as collecting recommendation answers for resale or ad-tech profiling in the current public implementation.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit recommendation data by not using the quiz flow.

You can remove locally stored recommendation data by clearing site storage in your browser.
